नितिका कुमारी, एचएसबीसी जीएससी हैदराबाद में कार्यरत एक कर्मचारी, ने कंपनी में काम करते हुए अपने साथ हुई जातीय उत्पीड़न की पीड़ादायक घटनाओं को साझा किया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि उनके सहकर्मी अजमीरा आशोक ने लंच ब्रेक के दौरान उनके बारे में अभद्र टिप्पणी की, कहते हुए “एक चमात मारेंगे, बिहार पहुंच जाएगी”, जिसका अर्थ है “हम तुम्हारा मजाक उड़ाएंगे, तुम बिहार चली जाओगी।”
