Subhadra Yojana: The Odisha government will conduct a door-to-door survey to identify women who were left out of the Subhadra Yojana Scheme, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida announced. This initiative aims to ensure that every eligible woman receives the financial benefits provided under the scheme.

Survey to Identify Left-Out Beneficiaries

With the application deadline set for March 31, 2025, officials will visit homes across Odisha to verify and register women who have not yet enrolled. This effort is expected to bring more beneficiaries under the scheme’s coverage.

Current Enrollment and Financial Aid Distribution

So far, 1.08 crore women have enrolled in Subhadra Yojana. Among them, 1.20 lakh women will receive their fifth installment on March 6, 2025. The scheme has already disbursed ₹98 lakh, and the total financial aid is expected to surpass ₹1 crore soon.

Upcoming Payment Phases

  • On March 8, International Women’s Day, the second phase of financial aid will be distributed.
  • Women who pass the field verification process will receive three installments together on Raksha Bandhan.
