- शैक्षणिक योग्यता: किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक (Graduation) पास
- आयु सीमा: 20 से 30 वर्ष (1 जुलाई 2025 को आधार मानकर)
- आरक्षण के अनुसार आयु में छूट:
- SC/ST: 5 वर्ष
- OBC: 3 वर्ष
- PwBD: 10 वर्ष
